This document details of coverage and limitations for the following warranties for Rigid vinyl flooring
planks and tiles:
□ 25 Year Limited Residential Wear Warranty
□ Lifetime Limited Structure Warranty
□ Lifetime Limited Waterproof Warranty
□ 5 Year Limited Light Commercial Wear Warranty
25 Year Limited Residential Wear Warranty
The vinyl layer of the floor plank is warranted. not to wear through under
normal use for 25 years from date of purchase. Vinyl layer wear-through is defined as 100% vinyl
layer wear-through that exposes the core material over a minimum of 3% of the total installation.
(Gloss reduction or surface scratches are not considered surface wear.) Dull finish can be corrected
with spot or overall recoating care systems. If 100% vinyl layer wear- through is determined to have
occurred, Floor Core will arrange a pro-rated credit based on the terms outlined below in the section
headed ‘Terms of 25 Year and Lifetime Limited Warranties”. This warranty is non-transferable and
applies only to the original purchaser.

Installation Guide
Floor Core products represent the newest generation of high-quality resilient wood and tile looking flooring. It has a unique interlocking-edge design for simple installation. Minimal trimming is involved, just score, and snap the plank. The wear layer has additives embedded within the finish that makes the product more durable and resistant to wear or scratches.
Adequate floor preparation is crucial prior to the installation of a hybrid floor. If issues occur relating to flooring performance, it can often be attributed to insufficient floor preparation prior to an installation.
Floor Core Hybrid is a fully waterproof floating floor which includes excellent acoustic underlay layer. Floor Core Hybrid is manufactured to be very light and flexible to assist installation a variety subfloor surface. You must read through the installation guideline prior to the floor installation. Floor Core Hybrid flooring is suitable for both commercial and residential use. Floor Core Hybrid is not suitable for installation in outdoor areas nor in areas that will be continually wet. Sunrooms, saunas or rooms that can be potentially flooded are also not suitable for Floor Core products. However, it is suitable for kitchen, laundry, and utility rooms. It is essential to fill the expansion gaps around the potentially wet area after a specific amount of time and using an expanding gap filler.

Care & Maintenance
The performance of your hybrid flooring can be maintained if properly cared for. Below are some helpful tips and hints to help care for your floor depending on your situation:
- Dry mop floor using a microfiber mop pad or suitable floor vacuum to remove dust particles from the floor.
- Use sprayable PH neutral floor cleaners to avoid damaging the products wear layer.
- When wet mopping, use a microfibre wet mop pad to mop the floor with the PH neutral cleaner. Make sure to take care with the pad, if it becomes dirty then replace it.
- Mopping is best to take place in sections, so it is more easily manageable. Spray cleaners tend to dry quickly so cleaning in small areas in stages is more effective.
- It is recommended to rinse your floor after using a floor cleaning product. This will assist to remove any residues from the floor.
